To exchange Tether (TON) for RUB cash, you must submit a request and fill in all the required fields: pickup city, Telegram contact details, and the wallet address from which the payment will be made.
Once the request is submitted, a personal manager will contact you to finalize the exchange details.
* Please note! The exchange rate shown on the website is indicative and subject to change prior to the transaction due to market fluctuations, regional factors, or delivery conditions.
* Office hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00–20:00 (Moscow time); weekends available by appointment.
* Transactions involving third parties are not permitted. The exchange is conducted exclusively with the person who submitted the request; verification may be required if necessary.
* The exchange rate is locked in at the time the transaction is executed at the exchange office.
* The rate is determined based on the Rapira.net exchange rate plus the service fee. A fixed service fee of 0.3% of the outgoing currency amount applies and is already included in the exchange rate.
* The actual transaction rate is displayed on the website once the exchange request has been created.
* After creating a request and having your wallet checked for AML, you will be provided with a wallet address on the exchange page for transferring the funds.
* Requests are not accepted or processed from minors or individuals aged 54 and older.
